15 Terraplen, has two structures and a contained walled-in large garden. One structure is an 18 ft high ceiling bedroom containing a king (or two singles), a large full bathroom and a loft that serves as a small open study with two desks, a couch and built-in bookcases. The garden, with bouganvilla and fruit trees has a waterfall dropping to a lower level. Part of the garden has an outdoor bar and a loggia with seating. The other structure, a two story ''casita'' is entered from the street and opens on to the garden, and contains an entryway, livingroom/dining room, kitchen and lav on the first floor, a bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed, bathroom and shower, and adjoining sunset patio. On the roof there is a garden loggia overlooking the Parroquia and the sunset. There is a washer/dryer, internet wifi, purified water, TV and DVD.

Each house comes with a maid, who will cook breakfast and make a light lunch Monday through Friday and can be available for agreed to additional arrangements for dinners and parties and weekends.
